When will my order be dispatched?
We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days. Please keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays are not considered working days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!

How much is postage to my country?
Shipping costs vary by country. To find out your shipping fee, select the products you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. After entering your shipping information, the total cost will be updated accordingly.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For UK orders, please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch email. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service and may take up to 7 working days. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery, so consider this when selecting your shipping address.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all orders come with tracking information. This will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

I haven't received an email with my tracking information.
Sometimes our emails may not land in your inbox. Please check your junk or spam folder.

If you have any questions, please fill out the contact form located at the top or bottom of the page (depending on whether you’re using our mobile site). We will respond as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my product is defective?
If your item is defective within the first year of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping Information
Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, customs charges may apply upon delivery, depending on your location. Custom clearance fees are the buyers responsiblity. If you would like these charges collected prior to dispatch, please order through our Etsy or Ebay shop.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, please send the order back in its original packaging. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale, so unfortunately, used items cannot be accepted. Postage is to be paid by you the buyer. Thank you for your understanding!
